Coventry Car Day

Coventry is known for its automotive heritage and to this day the automotive industry is still thriving in Coventry through the spectacular Automotive design course at Coventry University as well as the well known car manufacturer , Jaguar-Land Rover being situated just down the road and the fantastic Transport Museum in Coventry. With that said, it seems obvious that the best thing to do is celebrate this automotive history and what better way is there to do that than with a lot of beautiful cars spread around for people to see.

Jaguar Recruitment Scheme Takes On 13 Cov Uni Graduates

Jaguar Land Rover’s popular national graduate recruitment scheme has accepted 13 Coventry University graduates onto roles in Product Development, Manufacturing, IT, Design and Marketing – the highest recruitment rate to this year’s scheme among UK universities.

The Coventry University graduates, all of whom will begin their roles with the Warwickshire-based car manufacturer in September 2011, were selected following a thorough assessment process designed to whittle down over 9000 applications and find the best candidates.
